How to order

All pieces are individually created by hand by myself in my Garden Studio.

If I have an item in stock then I can dispatch within 2 days if a new piece is made the the lead time is approx two weeks.

Regarding rings, naturally before I proceed I would need an accurate ring size from you. I am more than happy to post you a ring sizer in the post.

Please do not try and guess or estimate your size or that of the recipient. As this can cause heartbreak if it is too big or too small, and I am unable to offer refunds once the commisioned ring size is confirmed.

Molten Fusion Ordering

Each piece is unique and handmade to order. Please allow up to 10 - 14 days for these to be handcrafted for you. Payment and delivery is the same.

 

Payment

You can add into the cart on the page and this will direct you through to payapl. Please note that I cannot take debit/credit cards over the phone you would need to send a cheque or I can send an invoice via paypal.

 

 Delivery

Delivery is £5.

I use Royal Mail's Special Delivery service, which provides insurance against damage and loss, and due to the delicate and expensive nature of some of my jewellery I would highly recommend that you opt for sending them via this service.

Orders over £200 are posted FREE of charge 

Iwill post multiple items in one parcel for £5.

International Overseas Delivery

Please contact me via mail@melitakyle.co.uk or 0044 7941 648797 as prices vary from country to country.International signed for will only track within the UK, once it has left our shores it isn't trackable.

For a higher premium you may like me to use Parcelforce Worldwide, this will track both here in the UK and in your own country.

Presentation

All items are beautifully wrapped in glitter tissue paper within branded Hot Pink Sleeves or Boxes with Gold lettering. I ensure a safe transit for your precious items to protect them.

Molten Fusion Presentation

All pieces within the Molten Fusion Collection will come in it's own eco friendly box with gift label and tissue paper with ribbon

Returns

Due to health & safety and of course hygiene. I cannot refund earrings.

Commissions that have been requested that are bespoke cannot be refunded once made, although I will do my utmost to ensure you are entirely happy with your piece from it's design through to completion.
